Every full body massage at Mu Tao includes hot stones at no additional cost — placed strategically to warm muscles before the deeper work begins. The session covers neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs, customized to where your body is holding tension. CBD pain relief gel is available as an optional add-on.
The 60-minute session is perfect for regular maintenance and first-time visits — you'll get the full experience with focused attention on your priority areas. The 90-minute session is for when your body needs more, or when you simply want to fully surrender into the work without watching the clock. Most returning clients prefer 90.
Whatever your body needs. Our therapists are trained in light Swedish technique through firm deep tissue work — and we adjust throughout the session. Tell us what you want at the start, and don't hesitate to ask for more or less pressure at any point.
If your massage isn't working for you in the first ten minutes, let us know. We'll swap your therapist for you, no extra charge. Your hour should always feel like yours.
Not at all — it's an optional add-on for clients dealing with concentrated areas of pain or inflammation (chronic lower back, sore knees, stiff neck). The gel is applied topically and absorbs through the skin without changing how the massage itself feels. Ask your therapist if you're curious whether it could help.
